Patterns gets filled with sand and compressed to form moulds.
• The moulds then gets filled with casting.
• Castings get sent to fettling.
• Sample billet gets sent to lab for analysis.
Bellview Pumps makes use of various production iron foundries for all their casting needs. They have designed patterns required for each part in house with an advanced software program to ensure that parts are casted up to standard.
These patterns are maintained on a weekly basis by a dedicated on-site pattern maker to ensure
constant quality. All castings are kept on record with material correspondence for traceability on each part.
NOTE: All pumps are provided with material and test certificates.
