Bellview Tools Ltd has developed a project management expertise and support structure, which is capable of managing a variety of mining projects and with our experience gained from current and completed contracts and firm control over operating costs we are confident that we can be very cost effective on any project.

Over the years, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.
Our in-depth understanding of the construction industry, combined with labour management expertise, has enabled us to successfully render construction services to clients national.

We operate on the team concept utilizing skilled, experienced staff and field team members. This has established a standard of excellence that is well recognized in the construction industry. We perform commercial, residential, industrial and institutional projects involving new buildings, additions and renovations. Our office and contract staff include highly trained, experienced business, engineering and technical experts who provide oversight and support for each project. Rehabilitation Works at Mufulira Mopani Mine Site

Rehabilitation works-Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Tiling and Painting.

Clinic Construction

Location: Chamboli, Kitwe

Client: Ministry of Health

Duration: 12 Months

Scope:
Complete construction of entire Chamboli Clinic including civil and earthworks, plumbing and electrical wiring, fittings and finishing.

Ventilated Improved Pit Latrines

Location: Mungwi and Mpulungu Districts

Client: Ministry of Local Government

Duration: 16 Weeks

Scale: ZMW 500,000

Scope:
The Construction of the 60 Ventilated Improved Pit Latrines (V.I.P) has been constructed under the Ministry of Local Government and Mungwi District Council.

Ablution Blocks Construction

Location: Kabwe and Luanshya

Client: Ministry of Local Government & Housing

Duration: 90 Weeks

Scope:
The Ablution Blocks for Roan, Mpatamatu and Town Main Market and Kabwe Bus Station has been constructed successfully under the Ministry of Local Government and Housing and the Local District Council.

Bus Station Construction

Scope:
The project of Rehabilitation of old UBZ bus station in Kabwe, Central Province was awarded to Bellview Group by the Government of the Republic of Zambia on behalf of the Ministry of Local Government and Housing, through the open legal competitive tender process.

Administration Offices Building

Location: Chembe

Client: Ministry of Local Government & Housing

Scope:
The New Chembe Administration Office Block is being constructed under the Ministry of Local Government and Housing and the Chembe District Council. There is also ground maintenance contract for the period of one year.

Bridge Construction

Location: Chanda Bridge - Chimwemwe, Kitwe

Client: Ministry of Local Government & Local Council

Duration: 5 Weeks

Scope:
The construction of the Chimwemwe crossing point (Chanda Bridge) was done under the Ministry of Local Housing and the Kitwe Municipal Council.

Market Construction

Location: Ndeke Market - Kitwe

Scope:
The Government of the Republic of Zambia through the Kitwe Municipal Council awarded contract to Bellview Group for the construction of a traders shelter and stands at Kitwe's Ndeke Market.
